Role:

EDX Markets is seeking a Sales Operations Intern. This role is hybrid; the in-office component is based in the New York-metro area. The Sales Operations Intern will assist in the operational duties required to support our sales team’s functions. The intern will gain knowledge of the crypto financial services industry as well as hands on experience to showcase and develop their professional skills. The internship is paid with a minimum duration of 6 months and targeting 15-20hrs per week.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct research on prospective clients
• Support the sales team with data analysis and reporting
• Maintain sales CRM/pipeline for tracking and updates (Salesforce)
• Prepare presentations for use during the sales cycle
• Assist with ongoing marketing initiatives
• Participate in internal meetings and contribute ideas to team discussions
  
  

Qualifications:

• Junior or senior enrolled in undergraduate program, or in a graduate program
• Interest in sales, marketing, ops, crypto, financials services, and/or related field
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent data analysis and communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Curious, self-starter attitude
