Program Overview

The EDX Ambassador Program gives eligible partners the opportunity to introduce qualified businesses to EDX and realize long-term value from successful relationships. EDX welcomes referrals from industry partners, consultants, brokers, service providers and other market participants with strong relationships across the institutional digital asset ecosystem.

For accepted referrals that become EDX clients or partners, eligible referrers may receive:

  • An upfront referral fee
  • Ongoing revenue participation

All referral compensation is subject to EDX review, eligibility requirements, written agreement and applicable legal, regulatory and compliance approvals.

How the Referral Process Works

Sign up for our Ambassador program and enter into a confidential agreement with EDX.
Share a few details about the referred business, the relevant contact, your relationship to the company and why you believe there may be a fit with EDX.
Our team will evaluate the referral based on business relevance, strategic fit, referral eligibility and applicable internal review criteria.
If the opportunity is a potential fit, EDX will determine the appropriate next step, which may include reaching out directly to the referred party or coordinating an introduction with you.
If the referred business enters into an eligible commercial relationship with EDX, the referrer may qualify for an upfront fee and/or ongoing revenue share, subject to written agreement and applicable terms.
